We do not support refund policy now as lower plans are discounted to promote upfront payments and commitment to the app.
- What if I only need 1 user but I have 5 warehouse location?
Unlike other inventory management software, We do not charge by per warehouse but solely on a user basis.
- I will need multiple currencies and multiple companies. Will there be additional charges?
Nope, unlike other ERP solutions, we only charge by user for all features on the app which includes multiple currencies and companies with the exception on some modules which are very industry specific. If unsure, please chat up with us.
- Can I get further discount if we subscribe for a period longer than 1 year?
We’ll offer long term discount on a case-by-case basis. Please chat up on us for this.
- For EMERGE catt (b2b e-commerce), what if my customer makes 3 orders this month and 0 for the next month?
We will charge $ for 3 orders this month and $0 for the next month. It is base on a month on month basis and not a subscription.
