When you let us access info from your other accounts (like social media, e-commerce, accounting tools, or your phone’s location), we only do it with your clear permission.

This happens when:

  • You connect those accounts to EMERGE yourself
  • You choose to share something (e.g., turning on location on your phone)
  • Or when you use single sign-on (SSO)

We never get more than what you’ve allowed those services to share with us.

 

DATA RETENTION

We keep your data only for as long as it is needed to:

We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and similar safeguards to protect your information during these transfers. You can request or sign our Data Processing Agreement at support@emergeapp.net.

At this time, EMERGE is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under GDPR Article 37. If this changes, we will update the policy promptly.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our services are designed for businesses and are not intended for children under 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us, and we will remove it.
